[DEPRESSION & CINCH TEA]
Baru-baru ini saya alami semula depression episod yg sudah berbulan-bulan tidak saya alami.
Kali ini depression saya melibatkan mood yang sangat-sangat low. ‘In the dumps’ kata org putih. Memang in the dump, dah la dalam tong sampah lepas tu tak boleh keluar. The lowest point was yesterday. Bila orang berhubung dengan saya dalam talian saya TIDAK BOLEH MENJAWAB. In fact saya struggle nak jawab pertanyaan orang kerana saya rasa pada masa itu I DON’T WANT ANY SOCIAL CONTACT with anyone. Perbualan dalam talian dengan sahabat-sahabat pula adalah sangat IRRITATING pada saya waktu itu. Masa ni memang saya makan B-Complex 2 biji tapi tak jalan.
Bila depression sets in, anything that use to be your hobbies, your passion will not interest you anymore. Dan dalam bisnes, when you lose your passion, you lose your purpose. Saya pada waktu-waktu itu rasa apa gunanya Biz Shaklee ni? Tak dapat apa pun.. Memang negative thoughts sentiasa berlegar-legar dalam kepala otak orang yg alami depression. Some of you may say, ‘Ala, senang je, baca Qur’an, solat, zikir’ Sorry dear, it works but ONLY PARTIALLY. Depression has much to do with the brain chemical make-up and not emotionals alone.
Jadi keesokan petangnya tu saya tergerak hati untuk minum Cinch Tea.
And you know what?
By night my mood level has improved & by this morning I am happy as the sun sampai pakai baju keesokan harinya pun warna kuning!
Jadi saya buat research sedikit pasal Cinch Tea. Apparently the ingredients in Cinch Tea such as Matcha Green Tea & Red Rooibos tea are known to have soothing effects on the nervous system.
MATCHA GREEN TEA
Green tea has theanine which is an amino acid that has a soothing, calming effect on people who drink it. Drinking green tea containing theanine has been shown to stimulate production of brain waves known as alpha waves – seen when a person is in a relaxed. It also alters levels of neurotransmitters in the brain such as serotonin and dopamine that can affect mood.
Unfortunately, theanine isn’t found in large quantities in most American green teas – only in higher quality Japanese green teas (Matcha Green tea). It’s also believed that the theanines in green tea may help to reduce symptoms of anxiety.
Red tea is known to have a soothing effect on the central nervous system and is a safe, long term herbal remedy for headaches, irritability, disturbed sleeping patterns, insomnia, nervous tension, stress, hypertension, panic attacks and even mild depression.
Rooibos or ‘red bush’ from South Africa is found to be a very potent variety of red tea prepared from the leaves of the herb Aspalathus linearis. Indigenous to the Cape of Good Hope region of South Africa, Rooibos is the only red tea that undergoes a fermentation process similar to black tea. Fermentation turns the green leaves into a garnet colour and lends a very sweet flavor. Rooibos endowed with a very high magnesium (‘Nature’s tranquilizer’) component, acts as a natural adaptogen i.e., that which helps the body adapt to stress
Now, apart from slimming & boosting energy, Cinch Tea can be drink to naturally treat depression symptoms.
Other supplements that helps in controlling depressions are OMEGA GUARD & B-COMPLEX
