Vitamin & Supplemen Adalah Baik

Assalamualaikum,

Hari ni saya tak sedap perut. Rasa penuh angin & ingin muntah. Tak pernah rasa begini semenjak 4 bulan amalkan supplemen Shaklee.

Jadi kemungkinan besar ini disebabkan oleh apa yg saya makan semalam – 3 ketul ayam goreng KFC! Kandungan minyak yang tinggi menyebabkan perut saya tak selesa.

Saya perasan sejak badan saya sudah ‘tune’ dengan vitamin & supplemen, saya kurang atau hampir tiada ‘cravings’ untuk makan

  • makanan yang berlemak
  • makanan yang mengandungi MSG
  • makanan yang mengandungi banyak keju
  • makanan bergoreng
  • makanan yang mempunyai kandungan gula & garam yang tinggi

 

Semenjak 4 bulan lepas saya amalkan setiap hari

  • Pagi:  segelas ESP- Soy Protein Isolate (2 tbsp) & 10 biji Alfalfa
  • Tengahari: Cinch Shake Mix (2 scoop)
  • Malam: ratah lauk – ayam, ikan yang dimasak sendiri.

Tidak pula saya berlapar atau terasa lapar dan tidak pula saya rasa tiada tenaga setiap hari. Pulang dari kerja jam 7 malam pun saya masih bertenaga untuk basuh baju, jemur baju, iron baju, basuh pinggan mangkuk & memasak.

Bagi saya, vitamin & supplemen Shaklee telah memperbaiki cara saya makan. Iaitu, makan apa yang saya perlu, bukan apa yang saya hendak.

Vitamins & supplements are GOOD food for our body. If you have never taken supplements all your life, chances are you may experience healing crisis or also known as ‘Herxheimer Reaction , in the first few days or weeks of consumption.

Don’t be alarmed!
