Sarapan Protein

Assalamualaikum,

Selamat petang semua.

Pagi tadi sarapan ni.

Sarapan tinggi protein.
Wholemeal bread + cream cheese spred + telur mata kerbau
– 2 sudu makan ESP+250ml air

Apa kebaikan sarapan tinggi protein ni?
– Rasa kenyang lebih lama
– Membantu penurunan berat badan

Jadi saya ambil sarapan ni jam 8.30pg. Tengahari jam 1.30 tgh saya makan 1 biji blueberry muffin & jam 6.30 ptg saya makan 1 lagi blueberry muffin.

Sikit sangat? Sebabnya saya berasa kenyang.

Sekarang jam 8mlm baru terasa lapar sangat.

Jadi kalau tak sempat nak breakfast boleh la minum ESP ni ye. Had sehari adalah 3 tablespoon. Tetapi terpulanglah nak 1 sudu pagi, 1 sudu tengahari & 1 sudu malam.

Mulakan pagi dengan sarapan sihat pasti akan rasa cerdas!
